Mélisse New York / Independent spec concept
MADE TO BE FOUND
An editorial story about the uncommon find.

Independent, unofficial spec concept from my creative practice at ArcMuse. Not commissioned, approved, sponsored, or endorsed by the featured brand. AI-assisted product imagery is illustrative; no campaign performance is claimed.
The starting point
The Mélisse New York concept started from the appeal of small-batch accessories: materials and silhouette can be the story. Handworked knot bags and expressive textiles inspired a fashion-led, unofficial campaign about objects worth discovering.
The creative challenge
Give the accessories an artisanal point of view without making the imagery feel like a generic luxury store or pretending these were the brand’s official product shoots.

Two vertical Stories

My approach
“Made to Be Found” pairs burgundy, ivory, espresso, and a purposeful chartreuse accent with sculptural silhouettes and tactile fabric detail. Editorial layouts use generous white space and sharp typography so the materials—not decorative effects—remain central.
The making of
I developed illustrative bag scenes and tactile surface references, then shaped three feed pieces around discovery and individuality. A five-slide carousel moves from silhouette to material to styling; two Stories extend the idea into vertical fashion placements. The accompanying Luma kit proposes a considered bag reveal, controlled orbit, and slow material macro shots rather than flashy effects.
Deliverables & takeaway
The concept illustrates a slower, texture-first branch of ArcMuse’s social portfolio, distinct from its energetic food and drink campaigns.
